About the School
Our partner SEN school provides a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment for pupils aged 4–19 with a wide range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and MLD. The school is known for its personalised approach, strong leadership, and excellent support systems for both pupils and staff.
We Are Hiring For:

SEN Teachers (Primary, Secondary & Post-16)

Teaching Assistants (1:1 and class-based)

HLTAs & Learning Mentors

Behaviour Support Staff
-
Therapeutic Support Roles (e.g., Speech & Language or Occupational Therapy Assistants)
What We’re Looking For:
-
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN
-
Previous experience in an SEN, mainstream or care setting (preferred but not essential)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude
-
Relevant qualifications or training (e.g., Team Teach, Makaton, PECS) are desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
