Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Warrington.

About the role:

• Provide targeted support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, SEMH, ADHD, and learning difficulties

• Assist with delivering personalised learning and behaviour strategies

• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and support individual education plans (IEPs)

• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development in a safe, inclusive environment

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience in an SEN setting

• Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism, SEMH, or other complex needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to behaviour management

• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in challenging situations
