The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons designed to meet the individual needs of SEMH pupils

Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes emotional well-being

Work closely with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and therapists to provide holistic support

Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
-
Use creative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified secondary school teacher with expertise in your subject

Experience or strong interest in working with SEMH or other SEND pupils
-
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills

Ability to adapt teaching approaches to a range of learning styles

A collaborative team player passionate about making a positive impact

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
