Pay: £300-£550 per week

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be supporting a warm and welcoming Primary School in Christchurch, who are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join their team from January.

This role will involve working across the school, with the likelihood of supporting within their well-established Resource Base, working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs. The school is known for its nurturing approach, strong team ethos, and the excellent support it provides to both staff and pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering tailored support to pupils with additional learning needs

  • Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team

  • Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment

  • Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups to encourage progress and independence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring, proactive, and patient individual

  • Experience working with children or young people (school experience helpful but not essential)

  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEND

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
