SEN Teaching Assistant
Dorset, Poole, and Bournemouth
Full-Time and Part-Time Available
Start Date: November 2025

Are you a patient, caring, and supportive individual looking to make a real difference in children’s lives?
We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our fantastic partner schools across Dorset, Poole, and Bournemouth.

You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, or behavioural challenges — helping each child reach their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs

  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to plan and deliver engaging activities

  • Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive learning experiences

  • Creating an inclusive and supportive environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous SEN or classroom experience (preferred but not essential)

  • A patient, caring nature and passion for helping children succeed

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
