Job Opportunity: Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – BH7

 Hours: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Are you a passionate, resilient, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? One of our fantastic partner schools in the BH7 area is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their team immediately on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

You will be working closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, providing one-to-one and small group support both in and outside of the classroom. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real impact on a child's educational journey and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH

• Assisting the class teacher with tailored lesson delivery

• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Implementing individual education plans (IEPs)

• Managing challenging behaviour in a calm, supportive manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience desirable)

• Calm, compassionate, and patient approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
