What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
• Helping children to engage and reach their full potential
• Assisting teachers in adapting lessons for individual needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a TA (ideally with SEN)
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
• Someone reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to get stuck in!
Locations: Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch
Hours: Flexible – Full-Time or Part-Time (term time only)
Start Date: ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
