About Us:
We work closely with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Bournemouth, all dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential. These schools provide a supportive setting where pupils feel encouraged, valued, and empowered to succeed both academically and personally.
The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies
-
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional well-being
-
Encourage independence and confidence through supportive and creative approaches

Assist with classroom activities, interventions, and differentiated learning tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who have supported children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs

Compassionate, patient, and adaptable individuals
-
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
-
A genuine passion for helping children thrive and reach their full potential

Relevant qualifications or experience within education (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
