About the Roles:
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of specialist schools and provisions throughout Aylesbury.
This includes:
- Special schools, alternative provisions, and inclusive mainstream units
- Working with students with needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD, and more
- 1:1 and small group support roles
- Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Opportunities for both full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work
Who We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from psychology graduates who are:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Eager to learn and develop in a supportive environment
- Experienced in working with children (formally or informally)
- Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS (or already have one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
