We are currently recruiting for:

Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA)
Start Date: As soon as vetting is completed
Contract: Flexible roles – long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available
About the Schools & Students
You will be working in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5–18 with a range of additional needs, including:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
-
Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
-
Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
-
Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
-
ADHD and associated behavioural needs
-
Sensory processing difficulties

About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are:

Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN

Patient, empathetic, and resilient

Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
-
(For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
