Are you a qualified teacher?
Are you looking for a new opportunity in an exceptional SEN Primary School?
I am looking for a Qualified Teacher with SEN experience to teach a small class of pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition at a school in Manchester.
This school provides support for pupils from the ages of 5 to 18 with various additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition, PMLD, SLD and MLD. This school aims to create and maintain a calm and nurturing learning environment.
This school is proud to provide a stimulating, supportive and safe learning environment to assist each pupil to develop the skills and confidence to achieve their potential. They place a high emphasis on inter-disciplinary working, with onsite speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and a full time nurse on site.
Requirements
- Qualified Teaching Status
- Experience teaching children with additional needs in an academic or residential environment
- Calm and nurturing teaching style
- Child DBS on the update service, or a willingness to get one
- Flexible and creative
