Job description

A client school based in Kingston Upon Thames are in need of a Teaching Assistant to support a child with SEN within a mainstream setting. This is a full time position starting in September 2019.

This supportive 2 form entry Primary school are looking to have somebody in place within the first two weeks of the new academic year. They are seeking to employ a Teaching assistant who has the ability to work on a 1:1 basis with a young pupil within KS2 who has needs which prevent him from functioning academically/socially in a group or school setting.

This Teaching assistant role will be working 1:1 with a child with SEMH, behavioural needs. The Teaching assistant who is successful in their application will have experience working with challenging behaviour.
