We are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Newport to recruit a passionate and dedicated teacher to join their team from as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for early career or experienced teachers who are committed to delivering high-quality education and inspiring young people to succeed.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, supporting pupils’ academic progress, and creating a positive learning environment where all students feel motivated, challenged, and valued.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum

Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress and development

Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
-
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
-
Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
