Who we’re looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teachers who meet UK Early Years qualification standards and bring passion, energy, and creativity to the classroom.

Essential qualifications:

To work as an EYFS Teacher in the UK, you’ll need:

  • GCSEs grade C/4 or above in English, Maths, and Science
  • A bachelor's degree (for Early Years Teacher Status – EYTS) or
  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) or an equivalent EYFS teaching pathway
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework

Ideal personal qualities:

  • Warm, nurturing, positive approach
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for play‑based learning
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with staff, children & parents

Your role will include:

  • Delivering inspiring EYFS lessons and activities
  • Supporting children through key developmental milestones
  • Planning creative, engaging play‑based learning
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Making early learning magical and memorable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
