EYFS Teacher – Leyland Area

Who we’re looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teachers who meet UK Early Years qualification standards and bring passion, energy, and creativity to the classroom.
Essential qualifications:
To work as an EYFS Teacher in the UK, you’ll need:
- GCSEs grade C/4 or above in English, Maths, and Science
- A bachelor's degree (for Early Years Teacher Status – EYTS) or
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) or an equivalent EYFS teaching pathway
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework
Ideal personal qualities:
- Warm, nurturing, positive approach
- Creativity and enthusiasm for play‑based learning
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with staff, children & parents
Your role will include:
- Delivering inspiring EYFS lessons and activities
- Supporting children through key developmental milestones
- Planning creative, engaging play‑based learning
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Making early learning magical and memorable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
