Teaching Personnel are currently receiving requests form secondary schools in Tameside for Teaching Assistants to start in September. Our client schools are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants on a full time and part time basis to support students with a range of learning requirements from behaviour support, social and emotional support requirements and moderate learning difficulties.

Working as a Teaching Assistant provides a tremendous amount of job satisfaction and can be extremely rewarding. Previous experience in an educational, health care setting or a teaching assistant qualification would be beneficial but not an essential requirement. If you have characteristics such as a compassionate personality, patience, clear communication and good organisational skills and a flexible attitude you would be well suited to the role of a teaching assistant.
