Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with an OFSTED Rated "Good" SEN School in Bedale who are looking to recruit a Secondary Teacher with a good knowledge of the National Curriculum and able to teach a Primary adapted curriculum when required
.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 months experience working within an SEN school teaching across the curriculum to KS3 and KS4 students with Autism, MLD and SLD. A good knowledge of the National Curriculum and the ability to differentiate is essential.
The School, within beautiful surroundings, hosts around 200 pupils and has access to a 5.5 acre farm on site. The school has excellent sporting facilities and is easily accessible from the A1 with on site parking.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• A UK recognised Teaching qualification
• Experience working with young people with SEN including ASC, MLD and SLD
• An excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
• Excellent behaviour management skills
