Class Teacher – Complex Needs (Full Time)

Start Date: January 2026
Location: Farnborough
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN allowance (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a passionate, resilient, and creative Class Teacher to join our team from January 2026, teaching a class of pupils with complex learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive specialist setting where every child is valued and where staff are committed to providing highly personalised, nurturing, and engaging learning experiences.

About the Role

  • Teach a small class of pupils with complex needs, supported by experienced LSAs.

  • Plan and deliver an adapted, meaningful curriculum that prioritises communication, independence, and emotional well-being.

  • Work closely with therapists, families, and multi-agency partners.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold a strong safeguarding culture.

About You

  • QTS (essential).

  • Experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally in a specialist or highly differentiated setting.

  • Positive, reflective, and committed to inclusive practice.

  • Skilled at building strong relationships and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
