SEMH Teaching Assistant Position in Rochdale

There is currently an open position requiring an immediate start for a SEMH teaching assistant in a popular school in the Heywood area. The job role will include offering 1:1 support for young children with SEMH needs as well as providing classroom support for children with behaviour issues.

• Weekly pay between £50-£60 a day depending on experience and responsibilities

It has been rated 'good' by Ofsted with the school performing above the national average for attainment at GCSE level as well as their Progress 8 score - which continues to improve. There has been a recent refurbishment and renovation, mirroring their success as a school, with a state of the art learning support unit being provided for students with additional needs.

Job highlights as a SEMH teaching assistant in Rochdale;
