I am currently working with a Primary School based in Borehamwood who are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to work with challenging pupils in Year 1 and 4. The pupils are distracted from their work and can be disruptive at times. We need someone who has experience with children who have challenging behaviour, can be firm but fair and also show a nurturing side.

What we are looking for:
* Someone who can start in September
* Minimum of 6 months experience working with challenging behaviour is essential!
* Attended courses related to working with SEN or challenging pupils is desirable
* Team Teach or Steps Trained would be desirable
* Caring, nurturing and tenacious attitude
We are keen to talk with anyone who has experience in; Youth work, sports coaching, pupil referral units, NEET and community support work.
