Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Teaching Personnel is working closely with a forward‑thinking local college that provides specialist support and life‑skills education for learners with a wide range of SEND needs. We are currently recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their expanding teams across three campuses.
About the Role
As a SEND LSA, you will support students with additional needs both in the classroom and through practical life‑skills sessions. You will work closely with teaching staff and inclusion teams to ensure learners feel supported, confident, and empowered to achieve their goals.
This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same — perfect for those who want to make a genuine impact in education.
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:
- Care
- Education or teaching support
- Youth work
- Social care or community work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
