The School
The School is a special school for young people all of whom have a statement identifying social, emotional and mental health difficulties as their primary need. They can admit up to 80 boys between the ages of 9 to 16 and can offer up to 22 residential places on a flexible basis for up to 4 nights per week. Underpinning the Academies Enterprise Trust’s vision is their commitment to the inclusion of young people with special needs and disabilities in our society. This begins by offering an outstanding education and is supported by their commitment to life-long learning.

We are looking to recruit an intelligent, enthusiastic and patient Teaching Assistant to support across the school.
Role
The positions are term time only, you must be able to demonstrate a passion for working in a special school setting and with young children with complex needs. We are committed to staff development so will help you to develop your skills and expertise.
