SEN Tutors needed in Greenwich for Part Time & Full Time Roles

Teaching Personnel are looking for Fully Qualified Teachers, NQT and or Instructors to tutor KS2/ KS3 literacy and numeracy in SEN schools. There are opportunities to work Monday to Friday, mornings, afternoons and full days. More schools are going down the road of 121/group tuition and it’s an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a change from classroom teaching.

The pupils are referred and sometimes maybe excluded from school due to challenging behaviour and come with SEMH. These pupils need additional support and mentors who they can trust and help them in their learning development.

Prospective tutors must:

• Have good literacy, numeracy and or core subject knowledge.

• Have confidence to support children with challenging behaviour ad be able to engage yet set boundaries with the pupils

• Have a current DBS registered on the Update Services

• Be able to provide two references (one each from your two most recent employers)

• Have Team Teach / Positive Approach training is beneficial and or experience would be considered
