Whether you are between permanent posts or prefer the freedom supply work offers, we can match roles to your availability and preferences.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome interest from:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS / QTLS / ECT)
- Educators with strong subject knowledge
- Teachers who enjoy working in different school environments
- Professionals seeking a healthier work–life balance
A confident classroom presence, strong behaviour management, and adaptability are key.
Why Join Teaching Personnel?
- Weekly pay via PAYE – no umbrella fees
- Competitive daily rates dependent on experience
- Opportunities across multiple secondary schools in the Sturminster Newton area
- Full control over when and where you work
- Support from a dedicated local consultant
- Free CPD and safeguarding training to keep your skills up to date
