Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher looking for a school?
Register with Teaching Personnel now and let us help you find your first NQT job.
Teaching Personnel's NQT Pool gives you access to thousands of potential employers and valuable support as you look to start your teaching career in these unprecedented times.
How Does it work?
Teaching Personnel works with thousands of schools across England and Wales. Schools trust us to find the right fit for their permanent and temporary vacancies.
Once you have registered with the NQT pool our consultants will build up an in-depth profile of your skills, abilities and personality and discuss your job aspirations. We will also cover what additional support you may need to access from our support packs to make the start to your career a success.
We then take the profile we have built up (including a short video introduction) and speak to schools looking to recruit NQTs to find the perfect match between you and the school. You then interview with the school via video link and, if everyone is happy, you will be placed for September.

- A quick and simple route to find potential employers during the period of school closures
- Removes the burden of making multiple job applications during these challenging times

- Access to additional training materials to support NQTs whose training has been cut short by the coronavirus outbreak
