The Role

As a Cover Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning across the school by:

• Delivering and supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Creating a calm, positive and focused classroom environment
• Keeping students motivated and on-task throughout the lesson
• Collecting and returning completed work to the relevant departments
• Providing brief feedback to teaching staff when appropriate
• Upholding all school behaviour and safeguarding policies
