Secondary academy supply teacher - SP10 Andover

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a large academy in Andover who cater for ages 11-19 through GCSE's and A Levels. They are currently looking to increase the pool of teachers able to work in their school on a short term supply basis for between one and ten days at a time in the first incident, following this they would be happy to have teachers back for longer periods of time in cases where specific subject specialists are required.

The academy are a mixed, mainstream secondary and sixth form college who are part of the Academies Enterprise Trust, they have had excellent feedback in their most recent Ofsted reports regarding bullying and pupil behaviour, strength of leadership from SLT and the Schools head teacher, and a clear progression path which has been put in place by the leadership team. "Pupils are proud of their academy. Bullying is rare and dealt with well when it occurs. Pupils are adamant that they are well cared for, and feel safe and secure at the academy"
