New prospect to join an over achieving Science department on a full-time basis in North Manchester from September 2021.
- Science teaching opportunity, September 2021 start or sooner if possible.
- Large mixed comprehensive secondary school in North Manchester.
- Pay in line with teaching scale point – pro rata (GBP25,714 - GBP41,604).
- Temporary teaching role until December 2021, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role from January 2022.
- Teaching Science across Key Stage Three and GCSE.
This position is available on a temporary basis in the first instance, and a permanent contract will be offered to the successful Science teacher from January 2022. The school are ideally looking to appoint a Science teacher with a proven track record of outstanding practice and positive results throughout their teaching career. Both experienced and newly qualified Science teachers are welcome to apply for this position, and the relevant support will be provided. Further to this, Science teachers of all specialisms are welcome to apply for this position.
Located in North Manchester, the school can easily be reached via the M60 motorway. There is also a direct route to the school from central Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale. For non-drivers, there are public transport links available from central Manchester and Middleton that lead directly to the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
