Teaching Personnel, the market leader of education recruitment in the UK, are working in partnership with an independent Muslim College in Trafford who are seeking a Science Teacher to join them from September 2019.

• Full time Teacher of Science required from September 2019
• Teaching Science up to KS5
• Part Time role, required on Wednesday and Thursday
• Competitive pay, paid on a weekly basis
• Located in the South of Manchester in Trafford

Situated close to Old Trafford football stadium, the Independent Muslim College has excellent public transport links including local bus routes and a Metrolink station close by. The school have a small population of just under 200 students, with modern facilities that create a perfect learning environment for their students.

The ideal candidate should have:

• evidence of good quality teaching and subject knowledge
• an understanding of how to use assessment to inform planning for excellent teaching and learning
• the ability to differentiate materials to meet the needs of the learners
• evidence of good behaviour management skills
• a willingness to contribute to enrichment activities
• experience teaching all three disciplines of Science up to KS4 (although there is an opportunity to teach within specialism at GCSE level)
