Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a secondary Academy located in Wigan who require a Science teacher on a full time basis from September 2019 to cover a maternity leave.
This Academy has recently joined a new Trust with an excellent reputation, and continues to excel under the guidance of an excellent senior management team.
This is the ideal opportunity for any Science teacher looking to secure a temporary role within a forward thinking school.
- Full time Science teacher - September 2019 start
- Initially 2 terms with potential extension
- Located on the outskirts of Wigan town centre
- Pay in line with MPS/UPS 2019/20 scales

All Science teachers (Biology, Physics and Chemistry specialists) will also be considered for this opportunity with the timetable being able to accommodate all specialisms.
Science teachers wishing to be considered for this position are required to be comfortable teaching all areas of KS3 Science as well as their specialism area to GCSE level. The Headteacher seeks to appoint a Science teacher who is able to challenge the learning of all pupils and positive impact attainment.

For immediate consideration please send an updated CV to Matt via the link below or contact the Manchester Secondary Branch for further information.
The school wish to conduct interviews following the May half term break; therefore applications are encouraged ASAP to ensure you don't miss out on this opportunity.
