Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A relevant degree in a science discipline.
- A proven ability to teach consistently good or outstanding lessons.
- A track record of improving student outcomes through innovative and effective teaching strategies.
