Science Teacher

Location: Corby

Pay: Starting salary point on the MPS / UPS negotiable

Contract: Full time

Start: September 2024

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a secondary academy with a values-driven, family ethos. Our client academy seeks to appoint an ambitious and dynamic Teacher of Science, with the drive, determination and skills to nurture and develop the potential of their increasingly aspirational pupils. As a quality provider of 11-16 education for the immediate community of Corby, the school understands and embraces their responsibility to deliver the very best standard of education possible.

Your role

As a part of growth strategies within the school, focus has been set on the Science department to further grow the team. Ideally, looking for a passionate Science teacher who ideally holds a specialism in Physics.

A brilliant permanent position ideal for someone who is looking to set themselves new challenge to contribute delivering excellent lessons to pupils, paving a new and noticeable presence within the Physics area.

  • Full-time Science teacher required to start September 2024
  • Teaching students KS4 and A level
  • Pay will be in line the newly introduced Minimum and Upper pay scale.

It is essential that the incoming teacher is able to use effective and varied teaching methods in order to push their students to achieve excellent results at GCSE level, making it easier for them to regularly exceed their target grade.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
