School Administration Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a secondary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the school office. This would include: managing student records and files, assisting with school communications, coordinating school events and activities and handling the registration and enrolment process.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisational skills
• Effective communications skills when working as part of a team
• Safeguarding training (can be completed through Teaching Personnel)
• At least 2 references from your 2 most recent employers

About the role:

• Office-based role within a school environment
• Regular working hours with occasional overtime during busier periods
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
• Opportunity to earn between £13-14 per hour

To be considered for this role, all applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service, or be willing to apply for one upon registration with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
