Admin Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Aintree, Liverpool

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Aintree, Liverpool. This is a part-time role, Monday to Thursday, offering the chance to play a key part in supporting the smooth running of a busy school office.

The Role:
As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will provide essential administrative support, helping the school maintain an efficient and friendly environment. Duties include:

• Managing calls, emails, and enquiries

• Maintaining pupil records and databases

• Supporting with attendance, registers, and safeguarding processes

• Assisting senior staff with day-to-day administration tasks

• Previous experience working in a school office is essential

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Proficiency in IT systems (SIMS experience desirable)

• A professional, approachable manner and a commitment to supporting children’s education
