Admin Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Aintree, Liverpool
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced Admin Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Aintree, Liverpool. This is a part-time role, Monday to Thursday, offering the chance to play a key part in supporting the smooth running of a busy school office.
The Role:
As the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff, you will provide essential administrative support, helping the school maintain an efficient and friendly environment. Duties include:

Managing calls, emails, and enquiries

Maintaining pupil records and databases
-
Supporting with attendance, registers, and safeguarding processes
-
Assisting senior staff with day-to-day administration tasks

Previous experience working in a school office is essential

Strong organisational and communication skills

Proficiency in IT systems (SIMS experience desirable)

A professional, approachable manner and a commitment to supporting children’s education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
