Flexible Supply Teaching Roles in Trafford and Surrounding Areas

Are you a qualified teacher seeking a role that offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact? Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated supply teachers to support schools across Trafford and nearby areas, stepping in when they need you most.

This position is perfect for educators who want control over their schedule or prefer not to commit to a permanent role. Every day brings fresh challenges, so adaptability and a genuine passion for helping children succeed are key.

What you’ll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong knowledge of the current national curriculum
  • Classroom teaching experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and student needs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe, positive learning space
  • Engaging pupils with lesson content and supporting their progress

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with weekly updates to your availability so we can match you to the right placements. You can also choose your preferred year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
