Year 2 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Wythenshawe (Starting January)
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be supporting a warm, inclusive primary school in Wythenshawe in their search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher. This full-time role (8:30am–3:30pm) begins in January and is perfect for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 2 pupils
- Monitor and assess progress, providing clear feedback and tailored support
- Create an inclusive, encouraging, and well-managed classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and effective practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective teaching
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 2 or within Key Stage 1
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet varied learning needs
- Good knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence using technology to support teaching and learning
