Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a warm and inclusive primary school in Eccles, Salford, currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher to join their team. About the Role

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons tailored to Year 2 pupils
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance learning outcomes
• Engage in ongoing professional development through CPD opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Year 2 or working with early primary learners
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability to meet diverse learning needs
• Confidence in using educational technology to support teaching
