Year 5 Teacher – Full-Time Position (January Start) | Sale

Teaching Personnel is pleased to support a warm, inclusive primary school in Sale that is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team. This full-time role (8:30am–3:30pm) will begin in January.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 5 learners
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices
  • Take part in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 5 or within Key Stage 2
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities
  • Skilled at adapting lessons to suit a range of learning needs
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching approaches
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
