Year 5 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Altrincham

Location: Altrincham
Start Date: After February Half Term
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be supporting a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Altrincham as they seek a committed Year 5 Teacher to join their team after the February half term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons suited to the needs of Year 5 pupils
  • Assess and monitor progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support high-quality teaching and learning
  • Engage in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community

  • Solid understanding of the KS2 curriculum and current educational practices

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 5 or Key Stage 2
    (ECTs with relevant placements are welcome to apply)
  • A commitment to delivering inclusive, high-quality education
