Year 5 Teacher – Full-Time Position in Rusholme
Location: Rusholme
Start Date: January
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Teaching Personnel is pleased to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive, and community-focused primary school in Rusholme. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team full-time from January.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and well-structured lessons for Year 5 pupils
  • Track, assess, and record pupil progress, offering purposeful feedback

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 5 or other Key Stage 2 classes
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies
  • Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
  • Solid understanding of the national curriculum and current pedagogical approaches
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Confident in using technology to support and extend learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
