Daily Rate: £89.38

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs—such as autism, ADHD, or social-emotional difficulties—in school settings. You’ll work alongside teaching staff to provide academic, emotional, and behavioural support that helps students thrive.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support in class
• Assisting with learning, behaviour, and wellbeing plans
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students with emotional regulation and communication
• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Psychology undergraduates, postgraduates, or recent graduates
• A genuine interest in supporting children and young people
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Experience in education, youth work, or care (beneficial but not required)
