  • Delivering lessons that excite, challenge and inspire (no death-by-worksheet here!)
  • Creating a classroom buzzing with curiosity and confidence
  • Supporting every pupil to shine – academically, socially and emotionally
  • Being a team player – sharing ideas, laughs, and the odd biscuit in the staffroom
