Locations: Stoke-on-Trent, Keele, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Hanley, Trentham, Meir, Blythe Bridge
Pay: £90 – £130 per day (experience dependent)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Day to day and full-time opportunities (temp-to-perm available)

If you’re a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting children and young people, we have a range of exciting opportunities across mainstream, SEN, and SEMH settings in North Staffordshire.

These roles are ideal if you’re considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work or Teaching.

Your Role May Include:

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH)

  • Working 1:1 or with small groups focusing on behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement

  • Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and interventions

  • Helping students overcome barriers to learning

  • Providing consistent routines, structure, and encouragement

  • Working collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals

We’re Looking For:

  • Psychology graduates keen to apply theory in real-world settings

  • Empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent individuals

  • Confident communicators who can build strong relationships

  • People who remain calm in challenging situations

  • A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
