We are excited to offer a full-time position as a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant within a warm, welcoming and inclusive SEN primary school. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions to support academic, emotional and social development.

  • Build warm, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and confident.

  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

  • Observe and record progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.

  • Help create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • A Psychology Graduate (or graduate in a similar field).
