The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with additional learning, communication, and emotional needs. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a structured, safe, and encouraging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Supporting pupils with classroom activities and daily routines

Encouraging positive behaviour and social development

Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

Promoting an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Who We’re Looking For

Weekly Pay: £85–£95 per day

Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Experience working with children is advantageous but not required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
