The Psychology graduate role will give you the opportunity to be trained, familiarised with the pupils, education framework and understand the school ethos/ policy. After the successful completion of the academic year you will then be given opportunities to go on permanent contract.

The role is to support pupils with autism one-to-one, in small groups and generally. Successful graduates will be resilient, hard working and creative.
