Your Day-to-Day Impact

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who brings energy, heart, and a genuine love for SEN education. Ideally, you will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A Proven Track Record: Experience teaching and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- The Blueprint: A solid understanding of current SEN legislation, frameworks, and inclusive pedagogy.
- The Magic Touch: Exceptional communication skills and a toolbox of positive behavior support strategies.
- The Right Mindset: A patient, deeply empathetic, creative, and highly flexible approach to the school day.
- Experience teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, or 5 is a major plus!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
