Primary teacher required for September

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful primary school in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint a Teacher for September.

The ideal teacher will be an experienced, high achieving and dedicated individual who is passionate about building confidence and keeping pupils engaged. It's important to be able to independently plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that progress pupils towards their full ability.

The successful candidate will: -

- be committed to raising pupil attainment

- have high expectations and will maintain quality standards of teaching and learning for all individuals

- be forward thinking, creative and able to make learning fun

- be a strong team player and a positive thinker

- be prepared to work alongside other colleagues in a culture of mutual support

- be ambitious, reflective and prepared to constantly strive for improvement

- be rigorous in the use of assessment to inform practice and develop quality learning experiences.

- be able to work effectively in partnership with parents

- be prepared to go the extra mile for the children and the school

To be considered for the role, you will need:

  • QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
  • At least 6 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
  • Legal right to work in the UK

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, cost of which will be met by the applicant, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
