Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher – KS1/KS2 (Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch)


Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexibility and variety? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and committed Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in the Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch areas.

Whether you specialise in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, we can offer day-to-day, short-term, or long-term opportunities to suit your lifestyle.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across either KS1 or KS2, following school planning where applicable.

  • Support pupils in their learning and manage classroom behaviour effectively.

  • Adapt to different school environments and work collaboratively with school staff.

  • Provide marking and feedback where required (paid to scale for longer-term roles).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Recent experience teaching within KS1 or KS2.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • A flexible and proactive approach to teaching.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
