The Headteacher of an oversubscribed, reputable Primary School located in Preston require an inspirational Early Years Class Teacher to cover a gap in staffing in school from JANUARY 2020. The Head teacher has specifically approached the agency to shortlist candidates. There will be the opportunity for transition before Christmas break with the current post-holder. The Headteacher is keen to secure an experienced teacher for this role, however will consider Newly Qualified Teachers with Outstanding placement reports. The children arrive in school working in line with age related levels and so there is a huge emphasis on making sure the children progress, particularly with social and communication needs. The school do offer a wide Curriculum in the Early Years Department and there are different areas of learning which are focused on in the working week. The children will have access to a wide variety of activities which will be planned by the successful candidate, with planning that will show progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for an EYFS Teacher. Rates of pay are competitive for this role and the successful applicant will be a front runner for when the permanent role is advertised in school.

Teaching Personnel are able to offer competitive rates of pay and you will be allocated with a designated consultant who will listen to your work preferences. “Taking the plunge into supply teaching was a daunting prospect after leaving my previous post of 10 years. However, I needn’t have been worried! Steven and Chloe worked as a great team to provide me with day to day supply for 4 weeks and by then Chloe had secured me a long term post. It really was as easy as that on my part! The trial day was a great way of me deciding if the long term post was for me and vice-versa. Dealing with Teaching Personnel has been a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They’re always on the other end of a phone and looking out for your best interests. Thanks again Chloe and Steven.” Sarah, Teacher, Preston.

“From the moment I joined teaching personnel I have found them professional, helpful and very efficient. I have been in constant employment from the week I was cleared for work. My main consultant Chloe has been fantastic, she is pro active and constantly on hand for any queries or problems. I have worked for consultants in other areas, Howard, Rachel, Steven and they have all been equally brilliant! I would happily recommend teaching personnel.” Louise, Teacher, Preston.
