Primary Cover Supervisor Wanted – Slough Schools

Day-to-Day Supply | Long-Term | Permanent Roles

Whether you’re after flexible day-to-day supply work or a longer-term or permanent role, we’ve got opportunities to suit you!

The Role:

  • Supervising classes across primary year groups

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged

  • Managing classroom behaviour positively and confidently

  • Supporting pupils and maintaining a safe, happy learning environment

  • Opportunities for short-term cover or longer-term/permanent positions

⭐ We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience covering classes or working within schools

  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

  • Confidence, energy, and strong classroom presence

  • Flexibility for supply work or commitment for longer-term roles

  • A positive, can-do attitude (and a great sense of humour helps!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
